Pelican West és l'àlbum d'estudi debut de la banda britànica de new wave Haircut One Hundred, publicat el febrer de 1982 per Arista Records. Va assolir el número 2 de la llista d'àlbums del Regne Unit i el número 31 del Billboard 200, i va ser certificat platí per la indústria fonogràfica britànica.
L'àlbum va incloure tres senzills d'èxit: "Love Plus One", "Favourite Shirts (Boy Meets Girl)" i "Fantastic Day". Va ser reeditat en CD l'any 1992, retitulat com Pelican West Plus i amb cinc temes addicionals.
Haircut One Hundred és un grup de pop britànic format el 1980 a Beckenham, Londres, per Nick Heyward, Les Nemes i Graham Jones. El 1981 i el 1982, la banda va obtenir quatre singles entre els 10 millors del Regne Unit: "Favourite Shirts (Boy Meets Girl)", "Love Plus One", "Nobody's Fool" i "Fantastic Day".
